Instructions for mounting your SRT-10 wing on our tonneau cover:

1. Remove your wing
2. Determine the thread size of the threads in your wing. (The size escapes me right now, but I think it was 10mm?)
3. Go to your local hardware store and grab at least 4 of these. Get the shortest you can find that will actually still sit in the threads decently. You will also want to pick up some "button-head" bolts of the same thread size that are about 1/8" to 1/4" longer. Oooops...and four washers.

After this there are 3 ways to continue:

4a. Screw them into the wing threads so they are bottomed out on the head.
5a. Dab some lipstick on the heads of the bolts.
6a. Carefully place the wing on the tonneau cover where you want to mount it. This should leave the residue of the lipstick right where you want to drill. You may want to sit the wing on something that acts as a shim until you have it right where you want it, the carefully remove the shims, dropping the wing on the tonneau and leaving the residue.

4b. Follow 4a above and use some carbon paper and regular white paper to transfer the marks to the tonneau cover.

4c. Use 4 of the bolts you have bought and sand/grind the heads to a point.
5c. Follow the same type of procedure above (you might want to use some paper or something taped on to the tonneau cover to get the marks to show up better.)
5d. After locating the correct position, push down on the wing and it will leave 4 sharp indentions to locate where to drill.

7. Drill the holes out (I think 1/4" works pretty well.) Don't be afraid to drill the holes a bit larger than is needed because the wing will cover the excess.
8. Deburr the holes. (Remove the sharp edges)
9. Bolt the wing on with the washers.
10 I also suggest dabbing some silicone (or something similar) on the heads of the button head bolts to keep the heads of the bolts from scratching the paint on top of your truck bed rails. They probably won't touch the bed, but you never know.

I hope the above makes sense, and if anyone has an even better idea, let me know.
